Our entire establishment is focused on recycling and environmental friendliness. Our moose paper is just one of many examples of our 100% environmentally friendly thinking.

During the renovation of the buildings, most of the materials were reused, and every plank has its own story. Our café serves homemade bread and cookies made only from environmentally friendly ingredients.
